CSS Recognized as Food Waste Solution Need Rises

As food waste becomes more of a known issue in our area and worldwide, California Safe Soil's mission to combat it is being recognized. We were recently mentioned in the SF Chronicle as a resource for recycling food waste from supermarkets as "restaurants and retail account for 40% of wasted food."
