Jennifer Lytle
Jennifer manages the QA/QC program at CSS and assists with product R&D. She is a Food Scientist as well as a Horticulturalist and has worked in several different sectors of the food industry for over 17 years. Her experience includes fruit and vegetable grading for the USDA, performing plant pathology bioassays, and developing a new line of snack products. Jennifer is highly trained in quality assurance and food safety programs, including certification as a PCQI, HACCP and SQF Practitioner. She earned a BS degree in Horticulture with advanced studies in fruits and vegetables from the University of Florida and an MS degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champagne.
