H2H Trials Featured in Vegetables West Magazine

California Safe Soil (CSS) was featured in Vegetables West magazine, in February 2017, for strawberry trials conducted by Surendra Dara, UCCE Strawberry and Vegetable Crops Advisor for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. The trial compared the Grower’s Standard product vs. CSS’s, Harvest-to-Harvest™ (H2H), liquid fertilizer on strawberry plants.
Results showed a significant increase in marketable strawberry yield and average marketable berry yield for the H2H treatment. Since this early study, the formulation and recommended rates of H2H have changed, however, research continues to show positive results on strawberry production as well as on other specialty crops.
